Wow! There has been such a huge response to my giveaway in just a few hours! This has prompted me to make a few amendments to the giveaway including an extra prize!

First of all, I’m not 100% sure that I can see everyone’s facebook shares even if you tag the facebook fan page correctly due to privacy settings. So I’m amending that part. When you share via facebook, please tell your friends to mention that they found the giveaway through your share. They can post directly on my wall or comment in the giveaway photo album. Each time someone mentions your name, you will get an extra entry.

ALSO the person who recommends the most people to this giveaway will get a $10 gift certificate for either my etsy shop or the online shop.

PS In case I didn’t make it clear, gift certificates can also be used towards custom orders. Want a skein of hand dyed yarn in your own colorway? Feel free to contact me for a custom dye!

From now until August 1st enter to win 1 skein of Hand dyed yarn + a $5 gift certificate to either my etsy or online shop, OR a $15 gift certificate to either my etsy or online shop. Here are several different ways to enter:

1. Go to The July 2011 Giveaway photo album on the Facebook Fan Page; Go to the photo of a yarn you would like to win. On the left hand side below the photo, click on “tag this photo” and tag yourself in the photo. That’s it! You can tag yourself in as many photos as you’d like but you can only win once.

2. Blog about this Giveaway! Comment on this post with a link to your blog post to enter.

3. Share on Facebook or retweet! Make sure to link the facebook fanpage to your facebook post by typing @ followed by Rebel Trends by DesignVigilante. Tweet about this by either retweeting the tweet featuring a link to this blog or mention me by typing @RebelTrends.

4. Make a purchase of $5 or more on Rebel Trends on Etsy. One entry per order (not per item).

5. Make a purchase of $5 or more on the Rebel Trends Online Shop (don’t forget, there’s a coupon code for 25% off until August 1st in a previous post! This coupon code not available on Etsy!). One entry per order (not per item).

You can enter as many times as you like but can only win once. There are two seperate prizes, 1 = hand dyed yarn + $5 gift certificate, and 2 = $15 gift certificate. On August 2nd I will use random.org to select a number between 1 and 8 to find the winning yarn. Then I will tally up all the entries for that yarn, and have random.org select a number out of the amount of entries. That winner will win prize #1. For prize #2, all names from all 5 ways of entering this giveaway will be tallied (minus the winner of #1). I will once again use random.org to select a number out of the amount of entries. That winner will win prize #2. If for some reason, the yarn selected for prize #1 has sold before this giveaway ends, the winner will have a choice of selecting another yarn or receiving a $25 gift certificate for either my etsy shop or the online shop.
